Camping

We were fortunate enough to be able to take a camping trip this weekend. We just went to West Point Lake about 15 minutes from the house, so a nice little "get away". Maegan swam just about the whole time and rode her bike...needless to say she is on the couch sacked out right now as she is TIRED!!!! I didn't take any pictures, so I will make this short! Hope everyone had a great weekend as well and only 4 more days until college football....YEA!!!!!

Braves Game

Our trip to the Braves games was GREAT! We got there when the gates open so that Maegan and Daniel could make their way to be on the wall at the field to see if they could get some autographs. They were very patient as they were able to get two autographs..the biggest one being from Mike Gonzalez(he is a relief pitcher ). To top it off--they were both able to get there picture made with him----Maegan was so excited!!!! She enjoyed everything about it--she made a sign to hold up, had a funnel cake and some dippin dots, and the best thing was they won!!! We had a great time with our friends and neighbors, the Osbourne's--thanks for a great time!!!!

Home Pedicure

My friend Leslie was nice enough to let Maegan and I borrow her foot massage so we could give each other pedicures. Maegan really enjoyed ( I did too!!). Here is a pic of Maegan getting her feet wet!!!

Maegan is going to her first Braves game tomorrow, so hopefully we will have lots of pictures to share on Sunday.

First Day of School

Wow. Our baby is a 3rd grader!! I cannot believe it. It seems like just yesterday she was learning to say "dada". She had a great first day and really like her teacher, so hopefully we are in for a good year.

Smokin'

Today should be packed with lots of smoke!!! Stephen has a new smoker(actually belongs to his Uncle) and he plans to smoke several racks of ribs, a boston butt and several whole chickens. I hope to have pictures to post later today. He absolutely LOVES doing this kind of stuff so he will be like a kid in a candy store the entire day--I love that he loves it!!!! Hope everyone has a great weekend! Maegan and I are off to work the PTO school store...YEA!!! LOL!
